Not sure how many air heads we have in VT but it would be good this spring to have a get together. Worth mentioning is I checked if Air Rifles are allowed
at the State run Vermont Ranges and they are. There is a new one in Ferdinand (I think) but in the NEK, not too far from me. You do need a VT hunting or fishing license to shoot there. Might be an opportunity to plink some targets.

Ok, this is a very slow moving forum. Is anyone up for some Air gunning? Maybe home made field target? Anything?

I'm just across the river from Springfield VT, in Charlestown, NH. I would like to do some airgun shooting. I have plenty of room to shoot, a Shoebox for air, some field targets, a 50 yard and 100 yard range. The black flies are still a little thick, I'm hoping they will be done soon. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I'm in Northern VT so that would be a healthy ride for me but if we got a few folks interested it might be worth heading down.

I posted on the NH, VT, and Mass sections trying to get some people who wanted to have a fun shoot. I didn't get much of a response. As a matter of fact you are only the second person to express any interest. I was hoping there might be a few more people interested in shooting airguns. You are more than welcome to come over and shoot. I have plenty of property, woods all around me. The nearest neighbor is over a half mile away. I have powder burner ranges set up with dirt berms for back stops. I have lots of airgun targets, moving targets, field targets, and just plain old beer cans. We can shoot at about any range you want, from 10 meters to 200. PM me if you would like to come by. I have a bunch of airguns of all types which you would be welcome to try out.

Any thoughts to having a target get together this year? There is a new state range near me in Ferdinand that says they allow airgun shooting. You need either a VT fishing or hunting license to use it.

Let's keep trying once things settle down. That range in Ferdinand looks beautiful.
