Dan's numbers sound good to me. When I make a set of bronze bushings I turn them to about 0.68" outside diameter then bevel to about 45 degrees.I have found it best to thin my blank a wee bit. They are a nominal 0.062" thick. I find 0.060" is closer to the desired result.You didn't ask but I'll attach instructions on how to make replacements. Of course you could also order new ones from Crosman.
