Because the Umarex Gauntlet is based on the QB and shares the exact same trigger group I'd say yes but I personally never tried it.

Is it possible to only purchase the adjustable hammer spring end cap or do I need to order the entire kit?  I have the kit on my Gauntlet already. I just want to avoid the cost of the whole kit for my qb79 since all I want for this project is the end cap.
