Should be size 006, but may be 005. If you have a caliper you could measure, or wait for others to chime in and confirm. Mine definitely uses 006, but is a generic chinese hand pump.
Viton is definitely the better material due to its higher heat resistance which is favorable in this application (third stage piston for hand pump)
Best of luck, I love my hand pump.

Regarding material preference, I had a persnickety Benjamin pump that went through the final stage O-ring frequently. Pretty much everything I read at the time blamed the failures on overheating so a couple of materials I tried were Viton and Aflas.
Unfortunately neither of them lasted very long. The Aflas failed with a strange sort of delamination symptom. The Viton failed due to abrasion loss.
Far and away the longest-lasting material turned out to be cast polyurethane. I switched a couple other pumps to cast polyurethane and they each have a couple of years of regular use and still going strong. That leads me to believe abrasion is a bigger contributor than heat...or at least it is for how I use a pump which is 50-60 strokes followed by time to cool.

Thanks guys will see what i can find , imto love my pump and im
Just looking into parts befour it comes time tomrebuild it. My cayden
Has a 260cc cylander max fill to 3000 psi i shoot it down to 2200 psi
Then fill to 3000 it takes about 90 pumps and 10 to fill pump and hose
So pump about 50 slowly then stop for ten minutes and pump the rest
Has worked great for me as i dont shoot a lot some targets in winter
And maybe a hunting trip every two weeks in summer .

For the price of a Hill rebuild kit you can get a off brand pump on amazon for backup

If you have a grainger near by you can do store pick up, 3.48$ for 10 of em, these sure are pricey but this is the cheapest route, sadly only 70D, so for 90D you'd want the oringstore which, again..pricey!
