They might sound like a lot of work till you realize you only need 3-4 pumps for plinking.

Yes that's a gorgeous early example you've got there , '46-'52 is what I was told for my 132 ( in much worse condition) of the same variant.

Thanks David. The back story is it was meant to be. There is an antique store that my wife and I like to shop at and the owner goes to estate auctions. I had left my number with him and he let me know he’d found this Franklin 137. He mentioned it had some issues but pumped up.
Needless to say we struck a deal. I just hope he calls again next time since I was able to haggle him down some. We weren’t far apart.
