Adam those pellets look a lot like the ones that I cast that you showed the link too, mine are heavier with thicker walls in the skirt probably because they average 16.5gs

It seems most of the products sold from this website ship from NJ, so turnaround time should be better than getting them from China, but I'm not 100% sure that is true of the accessories...
If you have a Dremel, it may be possible to make one from the shaft of an appropriately sized dill bit. Or if it's a common diameter, make it from aluminum rod from the hardware store.
I'm really happy with my GX CS4 also, much faster than the Benjamin Traveler it replaced! My parts kit was missing the grease syringe, I e-mailed them and they said they no longer supply the grease and the manual had been updated. It would be nice if they posted the updated manuals to their website!

Likewise Paul, I recently ordered the GX CS2 and the accessory bag was missing a First Piston Ring and some Burst Discs. The reply I got was that they need to be shipped from China and to contact them when my pump needs repair. I agree it would be nice if they updated their manual and did some QC on the Accessories.
