Pellet molds

Hi guys, I know I don't post a lot but I check the forum daily. I try to be useful as much as I can but the thing is that airguns are so expensive where I live and we only have springers no pcps.
Anyway I have a small issue with my Diana 350 magnum, it shoots the gamo pro-magnum 14.9 gr close to the sound barrier and match 13.9 gr above the sound barrier, I don't have a chrono, but you know it when the pellets break the sound barrier, they sound a lot diffrent, like a fire cracker travelling really quickly.
I wanted to use heavier pellets to get better accuracy but nice pellets are not available at stores, I can only get them via internet order and still they will coast alot.
I thought of casting my own pellets and googled it, and I really liked this mp-mold for the 9mm bullets video:
But couldn't find any pellet molds, does anyone make nice, heavy hollow point molds like these?
I would rather shoot slugs cause the gun is too strong.

The smaller the pellet or bullet the harder it is to fill the mold completely with lead. The reason there are so many different pellets is so you can find one your particular gun shoots accurately. The chance that a random pellet mold could be that pellet is low. I believe all pellets are swagged not molded too. Big bore is a different story.

I agree that smaller pellets are harder to cast but if you Check the video one more time you'll see that the inside flats of the two halves are not smoothed out and polished. That is a very well built mold and even the outside is flat and polished why would the inside flats be left unpolished?
I think that they were left like that (mith the machining marks on them) intentionally so as to allow air to escape and the brass would act like a heat sink and instantly solidifying the lead, right?
I think that maybe tumbling with coarse aluminum oxide should be enough to de-burr them?
Machined Alan keys could be used as the hexagonal inserts?

Let us know when you cast the first 500 and if they work well in your gun.... Many of these ideas are great in theory, and fall short in practice.... Kind of like engineering....

I'd kinda like to order one of his kits, but he keeps improving them. I do think his kit could be used in a survival situation, perhaps make a wood holder that could be used with a campfire to make pellets. I'm not sure of the cylinder pellets he makes, perhaps I should order some samples off ebay and try them in various guns.
Car batteries will make an easy source for lead when the SHTF. Just be careful to get the acid out and rinse the lead well.

I found a mention of 14gr for the 177 but nothing real specific.

This guy's pellets do not look consistent, and I am not sure they shoot very well, the swaging is a hustle also, but thanks guys I think I'll be machining my own molds now.
