Casual Match #8 of 2023/2024

Holey Cow... I lost an entire week! 

Hear ye... Hear ye!
Come one, come all... Casual Match #8 of 2023/2024 is open for business!!!

 The Casual Match is a fun match. Shoot whatever you want at 10M (more or less depending on what you have available), use any position or rest that you prefer. See below for the details.

Rules are the same as for the 50’ Casual Match, except distance is 10M instead of 50’, using the 50’ target of choice.  If you are  limited to distance, shoot at whatever distance you have available. Classes are PCP Rifle, Jumper (Piston Rifle, spring or gas), Pistol, or Pumper Class. One entry may be made in each class.

Match #8 will run 2 weeks...  through Sunday, 3/24/24.

This is the first target after the "trigger mod".
It's definitely been a game changer. I still have to be mindful of the
much lighter 1.5 lb. pull. I have a tendency now to fire earlier than wanted.

It seams the most stable for me, but sadly a target only situation as where I hunt has brush and downed limbs at least knee high so no line of sight prone....
If I have time before Sunday and can swap an optic I might try some seated pistol work with the newly tuned SPA800r

Good hit on that fly Ron! I remembered to grab a target before it was too late. Did alright. Probably could've done better but I've decided that I'm going to just shoot one target and get what I get. Otherwise it stops feeling like a challenge and starts feeling like I'm just farming for results. Miss labled the number 11 spot. Is actually 19. Score is correct
