Perhaps this will be of interest for those needing to fabricate HW break barrel parts with M7 size fasteners.
I've been using a rather cheap Harbor Freight carbon steel metric tap and die set because it included the scarce M7-0.1 and M7-0.75 tap and dies that were used for making custom socket head HW front trigger guard screws (M7-1.0) and HW break barrel pivot bolt lock nuts (M7-0.75)...........
The HF tap and dies are carbon steel so using an online search I found M7-1.0, M7-0.75 and even M7-0.5 thread sets for relatively cheap.....

LOL.....I even found a M7-0.5 set that I have no use for but ordered for making some custom parts..........

I haven't used any of these cheap Chinese HSS taps and dies but they do look better than the Harbor Freight carbon steel equivalent and HSS is supposed to be more appropriate for cutting unhardened tool steel (I like O2)..........
