Rifle is 59 inches. Looking for a case.
« on: April 26, 2021, 11:20:35 PM »
I got my P70 back from Mr AZ and it is now a whopping 59 inches. None of my soft cases fit. I do have one old Plano case that just fits the length but is a bit thin and doesnít close.

The case will be used to drag the rifle around field target matches so a soft case is preferable but looking for something well padded.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have searched and find a fair amount of stuff online but without see in person itís a bit of a crapshoot.

Pics of the rifle if anyone is interested. He put a ton of work into this old warbird.

59in ?!?!? Wow, that's long.  What about a case for pool cues?  Or maybe a padded snowboard case?  Is there maybe a really long instrument that is similar in shape that might work?  That's going to be a tough one, good luck.

I ended up with one of the harbor freight hard cases. For the price it does what I need.
