I didnt know where to ask….I dont have a project in mind….but was wondering…I have several short crosman barrels…(13xx/22xx) probably from some conversions I did …what would be a simple way to plug the transfer port …if needed…

If that was for me, I'd make a tight-fitting small metal plug and glue it with JB Weld or slow-curing epoxy. But depending on the need, it may be less hassle to cut the barrel portion with the TP off.
