Finally pulled the trigger on a SCBA Tank - NO MORE PUMPING!!! Got a 60min/87cf in great condition with a little over 4 years of life left and current Hydro for $130 shipped. IF the Gubment changes the rules and extends SCBA tank life from 15 to 30 years, I will be one happy Pest Punisher!

That was who I purchased one from back in 2016. About the same life left on it then. They were $100 shipped then. No issues with the tank/valve or the transaction. I put a JB scba fill on it as well. I didn't like the long fill runtimes with my SB, so have multiple guppy/90ci tanks now.

You're not going to be that happy. The test to get the extension costs about $300-400.

Check out some of the EMT oxygen gear bags.
I have this one in blue.

PLENTY of room for my 45 minute SCBA, a 60 will have no problem fitting inside. Nicely padded, hand and shoulder straps for carrying it. Even has tank straps to hold the cylinder. One problem, with the extra pockets and room, you might need a younger man to carry it if'n you fill it up

This one is intriguing...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dixie-Ems-Oxygen-O2-Duffle-Trauma-Responder-Bag-with-Pocket/132026404567?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D41375%26meid%3Df225778007d14c1487487cbf18604e93%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D8%26sd%3D142457331891&_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042
Based only on the measurements given, I think it would work nicely for a either a 45 or 60 minute cylinder....
EDIT:
Found it on amazon, couple bucks cheaper and easier to return if it don't work... Ordered one.
EDIT again:
received the new bag. 45 min SCBA fits very nicely, approx. 2-3 inches of room for more length. I think a 60 would fit as well, plenty of room for the slightly larger diameter, not sure about extra length though.

Thank, John. I looked up the specs on 60min scba tanks on the Scott website and with a valve, the length is right at 25 inches. The first bag you linked to by Primacare lists the length as 25 inches but I'm concerned that might be a little snug according to the overall dimension Scott listed. I like how that Dixie EMS bag has shoulder straps for carrying but at 21.5 inches overall length, don't think my tank would fit and Dixie doesn't seem to offer a longer one.

David,
My cylinder is right at 21" with valve. 25" including valve will be no problem at all in the blue bag. The way it's made, you could fit 27-28" easily with the way the ends can bulge out. The first picture is just the "hard bottom" as you can see, it's nearly 25". The second pic, shows how the ends can bulge out, it's nearly 27" and I'm not pushing out the back at all with the tape measure. I simply can't see how a 25" cylinder would not fit in this bag. This bag also comes with a shoulder strap.
25" simply won't fit in the green Dixie bag, unless you left the valve exposed. It has two zipper closures, you could zip it up so the cylinder was secure in the bag leaving the valve exposed. The bag will also bulge out some, could probably fit 24", 23" for sure and still enclose the valve.
