I've been looking at these things also. I've noticed that there are some things that differ between models. Some have just one "vent block" on the high pressure side. Some have two blocks, one between the first stage and second, and one on the HP side. Seems like having the option to purge moisture between stages might be an advantage. Some of these types are also starting to come with auto shut-off. Then there is the 110v-220v thing to keep in mind!
I will be the audience....
Bh1976,where did you by the oil and how much? Roger that on the hose clamps. I'm with you on the fixed income. I bought a omega super charger from aoa last year. So far no problems with it. I take my scuba tank to the dive shop have them fill empty tank then I top off with my compressor no sense in over working omega compressor even though it will fill up it to 4500 psi. This compressor look small enough to put it out on my deck to top off air cylinders on the airgun. Judging by the picture with the carry handle looks to be portable. I have a hill pump mkIII, not in bad shape. If I get this one, I'll keep the omega in my basement where I do maintenance on my airguns and keep this one one the deck and if both fail I'll use the hill pump. If the hill pump fails well heck I will just go get my break barrels and just keep shooting 😎 I read and read about the water pump. Did the water pump work or did you have to buy a 110 volt? If so i bet chinamart will have one in the pet dept or flea bay. Yes post the link, don't want you to be the only guinea pig😳😎 also post a link from the talon forum about this compressor.
Question, is there a minimum posting required before you can post a link?? It keeps telling me I am not allowed.
