This thing works with no motor - seems to be air powered from small 8 bar bottle - maybe could use small air pump?youtu.be/FlH1lVmGoskComputer translate says:"The original pump driven by air cylinder pressure 160 kg with pressure 8bar. Compressor with market 24 l-8bar enough but runs continuously for 30 min to full canister. Control the direction of the automatic pressure by pneumatic valve of the pneumatic krancówkami (just plug the compressor only) Pumping releases the pressure in the kartuszu because of the too free compressor (24 l with the market) at the time of the pump pressure on the compressor drops to 4-5 bar because at the end of the pumping cylinder work releases. Time pumping about 30"
I'm guessing the actuator is pricey
Ummmmmmmm.... how is it possible to use a "closed loop" with a pneumatic actuator and put the exhaust air back into the tank without recompressing it?.... That is the one issue with pressure boosters, they exhaust the drive air at the end of each stroke, and it must be replaced by new, compressed air, from the driving compressor or tank.... If it were possible to simply re-use the drive air without recompressing it, you would have exceeded 100% efficiency, because the output of the actuator does physical work.... aka PERPETUAL MOTION....Bob
The air solenoids for the actuators we use at work get an electrical signal from a plc to open or close. Does anybody know what the type of solenoid used in the video is called?
The bigger you go with force, therefore piston diameter, your air cfm demands go up in a hurry.
