I have a bunch of really small ones that i got from a swiss shop that I work for. The brand is Ifanger. 6mm shanks. Are you doing this manual?Mike
Haha...Caught yaTooling around
Here you go....The top one is 1/16" (actually 0.075" wide) and the bottom one is 1mm (0.045" wide).... They are just ground out of a 1/4" HSS tool bit.... The end is roughly a semi-circle, small enough to fit into the barrel.... The notch to clear the land outboard of the O-ring groove is made with a cut-off wheel in a Dremel.... Just make sure you have clearance on all the angles, and on the bottom, below the cutting edge inside the groove, and inside the notch for the part that remains.... Easy-peasy.... Just take it REALLY easy when cutting (ie go SLOW on the feed), they aren't very strong.... and don't cut too deep or the O-ring won't seal against the bolt....Bob
