The 125 in .25 will have no problem with 50 yard shots. Most report higher FPS closer to 800 in .25. mine does about that with Poly mags , and takes small game with ease.
It's surprising how far these guns can stretch out a shot. Tossing a few numbers into trajectory calc- .25, 0.03 BC, 20 grains (H&N pellet), and 750 fps yields an arc about half inch above line of sight if zeroed at 15 and 35 yards, drops 2.15 inches at 50 yards.

Oh , I was under the impression it would be 6-8 inches or a foot of drop or better , 2 inches is totally acceptable for 50 yards , The .25 is looking better and better , Thanks for the info
Have you seen & held one of these, before ? If not, I would suggest doing so before buying. They are a large, heavy air rifle. BUT powerful !

BUT powerful ! yeah they are big guns , about as heavy as my milled ak with a 40 round mag, and as long as a mossy 500 with 28 inch barrel. I'm not dissuaded from them as it's a trade off, a really potent air rifle isnt going to be light
