Did some shooting today while winds were calmer, just a slight breeze. Previously zeroed in windy conditions, so at 50 yards had to make a 1.5 MOA adjustment on the windage turret to correct. Shot down from 50 yards to 20 yards, every 10 yards. The closer I shot, the further my POI was shifting to the left. Not to major proportions but a steady shift. Found the scope rotated a few degrees from recoil (or my bad during installation
). Re-leveled and re-zeroed scope (1 mildot under @ 20 yards at 16X) just in time for a stronger breeze to come in. Then at 50 yards, wind started pushing pellets roughly 1.75"-2" to the right.
So, you can zero in the wind, but it gets frustrating getting things dialed in while winds are changing. At least my scope is now leveled, I hope

Oh yes I agree especially the Inconsistencies of the wind direction. I was supposed to go out last night at 3mph winds and double check my gamo zero but I forgot.. hehe
