Thankyou TommyBoy, I still need to Blue loctite the Stock screws and check the washers to see if theyr the teethed type < stockeater> or if theyr flat <good>. The scope stop hole is a larger diameter hole than others and the rings that come w the AG fit exactly in the pinstop hole. The recoil is mild enough that im sure the rings will work very good. Im Sure the 1 piece Hammers mount will have a good hold on the base despite having a smaller stop pin. Yesterday i taped the barrel with 3 rounds and 4 sets of Gorilla CamoTape, to eat any Vibrations, also to add 1-1.5oz to the front.Goodluck to you in your Airgun Adventures Mr. TommyBoyNVakPS. Thankyou Tommyboy for the picpost, I tell you this, looks alot prettier with the Camo Wrapped Barrel..

The Wildcat Whisper I had in .22 was very accurate with Meisterkugeln wadcutters at typical wadcutter ranges (10-20 yards). However, I could not find a round nosed pellet that it liked. The whole reason I bought it was to get a longer effective range than my deadly accurate but limited Daisy 901. I ended up selling the WW because without a good round nosed pellet that goal was unachievable. I did very much appreciate the smooth cocking and the recoil not being nearly as bad as I expected. I have boatloads of different shapes and weights of pellets in .177 so I am thinking about trying again with Gamo in .177 and seeing if one of those pellets works well. If I find a good pellet and the rifle has all the characteristics I liked about the WW I will be very satisfied.
