So the peep sight worked fine for short range but shoots high at hunting distance. Thought about doing a baking soda and superglue build to the front sight but that is rather permanent, so I went back to the original open sight. Now if I ever get into a group of bell target shooters I know how to set up a short range rig.
Peep sights to comply with our competition rules for 4H air rifles. Front sight is mounted on a 3d printed replacement for the plastic muzzle/front sight. Found on the 3D printing thread. Rear sight ended up adjusted right in the middle of its adjustment range to zero this at 11 yards. 880 is super good 10m target rifle for our 9 year old shooters.
