Maybe do a re-flash of Firmware.Did you use the stock flash or the Zombie Flash?
I would think yours had the latest when you bought it.So why re-flash?As a rule of thumb? I NEVER re-flash until a few months have passed!
When you checked the hot end wiring, did you get a chance to measure the heater and thermistor resistance? I don't have that printer but maybe someone can tell you what the room temperature values should be. Maybe the thermistor failed or the wire failed away from the connector.
had my 1st fail most complicated part. came loose from the bed. any suggestions. pic attached, I think.
Top right of Cura window:Cura menu options for adhesion. Select adhesion;then from custom options raft:Support: OFF
Have tech guys from anycubic hot on the problem. They sure like screen caps cause they alway ask lol.
That's too bad, I would think they could at least provide some diagnostic steps to narrow it down.I would still start with just turning on the machine and seeing if it provides the hot end temperature as ambient. If it is a thermistor or wiring problem you would not get a good temperature reading.Good luck.
