X I slapped this below in the air fryer and toasted the bun too. Not bad. Spicy, just needs a little salt. Would be best in a wooden grill slightly charred. I ate it with Lay's spicy hot kettle chips yum! Have you tried BarS jalapeno cheddar sausages?
When it comes to hot dogs, I actually prefer steamed or boiled, rather than grilled. I'm not a fan of charring on my hot dogs. Salt wise, those Bar S ate just right for my palate. The store I buy these from only have the pork and chicken hot links variety, nothing else. If I come across cheddar and jalapeno, I would absolutely give 'em a go.

What if you battered and deep fried the links where your hotdog would have a little crunch? I may have to try that if not just once.
