Never occurred to me that other adults weren’t using the proper tools for the job.

If you can still put pellets in well using your fingers, then more power to ya. If you have to use tweezers, then good. I can put pellets in my 880 using my fingers, but I'd still prefer a multi-pellet fixture that would help me out. That being said, I think tweezers would be too fiddly for my uses. I'd be too apt to lose or forget them, or even drop pellets instead of holding on to them.

Efficiency is king. You should try using a pair of cross action or reverse action tweezers. Squeeze to open, release to lock onto the pellet. Makes life easy.I do wish someone would make a pellet holder like a Tedd Cash straight line capper (used for percussion caps). That would be nice.

That would be nice.Hmmmm... the cross action tweezers sound like they would work pretty well. I might have to visit HF and pick up a set.Crosman and Air Venturi make something like that, but it's an in-line pellet pen made for loading break-barrels.We need a side-load pen.
Someone needs to come up with a 3D Grav-Mag type system(like for the Crosman 2240) for the Daisy 880.....

That's way easier than what I had in mind. I'll try and get one designed for the 880/1977 in a week or two.
