Well, it's been a crazy week for some. Me especially. LOL
I just wanted to take a moment to make a couple of announcements. First off I am proud to say you will be seeing some new areas on the forum starting VERY soon.
The first exciting news is the addition of the Bob Sterne/Lloyd Sykes Workshop Gate. We are extremely proud of our two mad scientists and all the have and continue to do for us airgun nuts!!!
Thanks to my cohort David (Rocker1) for setting up this gate and starting the migration of posts. If you suddenly are missing some of their VERY informative and entertaining threads, you won't have to look far to find them. The gate will be visible soon....after we get the majority of their posts moved.
The other news comes after the fiasco youtube has initiated to take down anything airgun related. I won't get into my thoughts on this, I would most certainly violate a few forum rules and I have to remember this IS a family oriented forum.
Anyway, we aren't planning on actually hosting the videos our members have created, but are VERY willing to open gates for any that have spent the time and effort creating great educational videos and have links to them available in one area. The new area is called the Airgun Video Library. Rick Eusler will be the first to start posting and says he will start from the very beginning of AirgunwebTV and the premiere show. And update it from there. So, stay tuned for another fantastic resource being made available to you.
If you want to be considered for an area to post links to your collection of airgun related videos, drop me, David or Rich a message. We will take a look and consider it. We will not post advertisement videos. If the reviews or instructional videos happen to include shout outs to GTA sanctioned vendors, that is not only acceptable but encouraged. We have to be careful with the content and like I said, the endorsement of vendors that GTA does not sanction. We will scrutinize all submissions.
So, there you have it. GTA continues to evolve and reach for our goal of being the absolute best and most fun airgun information site on the world wide interweb.
Enjoy and as always....
SAFE & Happy Shooting!!!!
Dave

Here s a little update on the proposed changes.
I am VERY proud to announce that all of the airgun video reviews made by Rick Eusler (AirgunWebTV) now have a dedicated and safe home on GTA Forums.
Congrats Rick and we are looking forward to watching you add to this library.
