Thanks guys for all the help, have decided to go with the urban since everyone seems happy with theirs and they have been around for a long time so parts should be available to get or be able to send somewhere to get fixed.I do see that regging it is an option later if he wants to and i think 25pfe should be enough. He says he wants power but he currently thinks his springer at walmart is high power so im thinking urban will be enough. If he wants more later then he could probably sell the urban and move up. Also saving likr 40 bucks can go towards a scope, which i am trying to figure out what to get. Tried to order yesterday and it said order placed but then got an email saying it was on hold and i couldn't figure out why. So monday hopefully they get back to me.I figure try a few types of pellets i have on hand to see what it likes. Walmart here has nothing anymore, used to have the premiers and bejamin ones. Now just .177 pointed, destroyer and some diasey stuff. So before i order ill see what to get. Have jsb 18 grn, 21 kodiak, crow magnum, some premiers and i think some sort of wadcutters.Im guessing jsb will shoot the best but you never know. Hoping premiers do well as they are the cheapest.
Swamp hunter i did look into that but not much cheaper if at all plus no free shipping like pyramid and no warranty. So pyramid with the 12percent off looks like the best bet to get one.

James... didn't you get some kind of discounts on them?
Thanks for the suggestions. I did do a quick glance on ebay and thought about some of the older no frills scopes, if not collectibles or something a 2-7 or fixed power made in Japan scope from the 70s or 80s would probably be great. Only problem i worry about is not having adjustable paralax. Usyal they are set for 50-100 yds. One of the hawk 4x32 mildots at pyramid looked good but paralax was fixed at 30 yds. Im no expert but i seem to remember adjustable paralax down to 10 yds being very important
