Two more suggestions I would like to add to the EMS system:1. Bullpup stock. 2. Offset iron sights (i.e. Canted 45 degree) so a person can mount scope on gun but quickly switch to irons by rotating gun 45 degrees. One reason I like this because it allows the shooter to have two zeros (or four zeros depending on how you look at it) rather than one zero (or two zeros depending on how you look at it).

As you know if canted at 45 degrees you will only be sighted in at one distance and everything gets real wonky from there... -Y
2.- The guy in the video doesn't make much fuss, but even the "group" shot with what he contends to be the "correct" way of doing it is still offset to the left by a good 3" . That would not convince me to get an offset set of sights.

See pictures below.

Most LPVO's use multidot reticles.with proper adjustment you can have up to 5 zeroes just with the cross hair and the two mildots down.AFAIK, 5 is better than 2, and even 4.Test the ideas that are submitted to you before arguing.HM
Why do you assume the above is based on only checking the U.S. forums, or only forums?
Diana and other international AG companies have a GLOBAL market. and if the US buyers dont like it, they dont care. Many American airgunners have a US_centric perception of the airgun market and seem to think their commercial rejection of a given product will affect that manufacturer. It wont.

Actually the US is one of the few countries left where one can buy a full power Diana 34 without needing some kind of firearms license or additional red tape. For example, in Germany and Italy they have a limit of 5.5 FPE for airguns, far less than the 12 fpe limit people in the UK have to deal with. In Canada the energy limit is only 4.2 FPE, but this can be ignored if the airgun doesn't exceed 500 fps. South Africa has a limit of 6 fpe and anything above that is classified as a firearm.
