I have an extra set of rimfire/11mm dovetail Warne quick detachable rings and am thinking about using them to install a smaller Hawke Airmax, 2-7x scope on a new springer. Has anyone tried such mounts on a springer?

On a low powered gun the QR mounts should be fine. On a magnum maybe not so much.
