TheManFromGeorgetown and I held the first Gtown GTA "meeting" last week. I shot his Condor .25, and he shot by co2 RWS 850. Talk about opposites. Shot the bull, and even went exploring the San Gabriel river for a little while. Hoping we can do it again.

Just now seeing y'all post.
Yeah dust had I had a couple of meets, it was fun!
I'd be more then happy to shoot with anyone and share air,lead and guns!
I've got a Hot rod Condor .25, a custom 2240 carbine and my newest member, a Marauder .25 synthetic.
I live in a town with city laws so I really don't have a place to go, I do live a cross from the south fork of the San Gabriel river and my neighbor across from me lets me exit her back yard to a treacherous walk down a hill but again, I'm still in the city limits and do not feel it is appropriate to go down there anymore.
I do go to the range every once in awhile and hope to buy some land this year of my own.
Anyways, if anyone wants to get together to meet at a (airgun friendly) range or have a place we can shoot, I'm down! just shoot me a PM.

I have been to this range, they are airgun friendly and it cost $12 to shoot all day. It is in Florence. It is a mom and pop operation too, and I like it. What do ya'll think?

I've been out to astro shooting range, Florence, TX. It was very quite the day we when,there wasn't
a soul in sight.

Right on ! It's starting sound like a real meeting now! that's four of us now, I don't want to be the deciding factor when this happens so maybe you could set a date, rubber2burn? after all it's your spot.

Ok guys,
I drove to dive world today to drop off my tank to get it topped off and will be heading out about 9:30 to head to dive world on 620 to pick it up(they don't open till 10), then off to Adam's house.
This should be a fun day!
Both the Condor and the Marauder need to be sighted in first, I have my chairgun numbers ready!
I'm bring a stand up target(old display from work) and a bullet box with some birchwood casey shoot-n-c bull eye targets.

Will do. We bought the house to retire in. It is in BlackHawke on the Lake S.D. Just off Kelly Ln and 130. The house is just blocks outside of Plfugerville city limits and the homeowner association rules do not prohibit airguns from being discharged ;D So until the city annexes where I will live I can blast away in the back yard. I'm extending the side privacy fence so I have 25 yard range ;D But there is a well used sidewalk along the back fence and the fence is iron bars not a wood privacy fence. So I'm plotting how to build a privacy screen and reduce sound so as not to alarm people walking past. My ARS are tuned springers. In short order the HOA rules can be changed >:(

I will give you a little bit of info you can take or leave it. I lived in that area very same area just a few months ago and the folks in the Blackhawke neighbor hood are very uptight. You shooting even an air gun in your back yard will get the Pflugerville law called on you. Blackhawke is annexed into Pflugerville proper now and has to follow Pflugerville City ordnances. It is a very nice neighbor hood though.

Thanks. I didn't know it has been annexed. I will check that out. Yea. I got the feeling that the area would not be very "AR" friendly. I'm thinking of joining the Austin Rifle Club outside of Manor. There are a number of ranges and ARs are allowed on most of the ranges. May have to do most of my shooting there. In Huntsville it is legal to bang away in my back yard.

Yep, they are taking away all the free land from us, bigger government more law officer and less freedom. Its the new America way! :(
Just here in Williams county, we have one law officer for every 10 people( city, county and fed)
Sorry to hear about your property!
Keep in mind that there are more than one annex's, you got your regular annex boundaries and you got your extended boundaries with a little less laws but you still can't shoot airguns on, which can be in the middle of no where with plenty on open safe land to shoot on but you can't and this is changing fast and closing in fast!
It Is a real shame and Doesn't make me happy at all! >:(

Hello guys I getting back into the Airgun scene. I have shoot airguns for over 40 years. Currently waiting on my first PCP rifle it an Evanix Rainstorm II in 25 cal. I live east of of Round Rock about 30 minutes. I live on a ranch at here. Would not mine meeting some of you and talk airguns.
