An interesting Model 881 followed me home from the Midwest Air Gun Show, Saturday. It’s dated September of ‘84. Overall excellent condition, but get this- it has wood stocks. At some point, someone replaced the standard plastic, but never got around to installing a buttplate, so the attaching hole is wide open. All in all, this gun checks a lot of boxes- metal receiver ( the nice smooth sided one), metal pump lever and now, wood stocks. Valve seems good, just need to address the pump head.
