Thanks! I love budget springers that perform more like pricier springers (especially if they like Walmart Crosmans) and I've had my eye on the 250 for awhile.
Yep, the Two-Fifty is a slightly modified Chinese B19, with a Chinese B19 trigger and safety.

The thumb-position-safety LOOKS like it could be a T0-X series trigger but it is NOT. Piston IS a side latch style with B19 style trigger and is NOT center post latching with a T0-X style trigger.https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=168560.msg155892709#msg155892709
avator, I know this is a thread from last year,, Are you still having fun with your Diana TwoFifty .177 ? I have a Diana Two Fifty in .22. Ive had for a couple months now. I very much like the Wood Thumbhole Stock. The open sights work good, i espescial like the Hooded front sight. I strengthened the front Stock holes with a few applications of Superglue, allowed to dry and reapply. Added Bluelocktight the stock screws. I like it alot. Like you said the cocking weight is heavier than most in this size AG. Shot cycle is Very Smoooth, and quiet for a SpringPiston action, solid thump, zero twang,, zero. The trigger is heavy, i adjusted mine out a little to add travel. Im sure the trigger will break in as it is shot more. I have a little over 250 shots through and recently mounted a Barska 4x32mm AO MD with a Atom Tall one pc Mount. This TwoFifty .22 does very good for me at 20- 35yards. CPPirhana 14.3gr, JSBExpress 14.35, HNFTT 14.7gr, HNB15s, VStrikes17.75gr have all done very good. I have come to find all Spring piston, Gasram, all Breakbarrel Airguns to be hold sensative,, rest the forearm on anything even padded, changes shot POI. Hold the forearm too far forward changes POI.. shoot like theloosegoose,, good luck past 25 yards, esp if its a Model w alot of Recoil,.. Hold Sensativity is nonexistant for the most part by Planting the stock firmly in the Shoulder and holding the forearm the same way each shot. , but ill just say thats my view, your view will differ. Havent run through chrono yet. Anyone else blow off the tiny bulb on the Cheap Chrony, XDNVak
