I would turn it up to 125 ish and see what happens. 1650 psi is on the lower limits for velocity IMO. Plus the added pressure helps close the valve quicker saving air. How big is the throat on the valve? I was able to open the fortitude valve throat to .140 if I remember right. I know they are complete different guns but if a disco reg fits it then probably pretty similar. I also put a very light valve spring into the fort valve. You could also try 15.89 gr ammo too.
I had considered getting a camo model 22, but I think I'm done with the cheaper entry level guns for awhile. Going to shoot what I got for now and start down the slugs rabbit hole.

Yeah, I'd say the regulator is due for rebuild at this point. Or it's not venting properly.
