That is good to know. How is it to just straight pedal it? I would think that it being heavy it would require more effort.
I just got carried away watching vids about the fat tire ebikes, they really are a nice bikes. I'm seriously thinking about getting one.
A. My main concern is this walk assist, I have found only a couple of models that have this feature,it would be great for packing out quarters of game along cow trails etc, I don't mind walking, but I can't carry what I used to, 1 hind quarter of an Elk really kills me now........LOLI would have some pack saddles for the meat/supplies along with a small trailer for the main work etc.B. "On my mid drive bike I uploaded some custom software that allows you to modify every possible motor parameter such, assist and torque levels, startup assist, cruise and walk control, voltage and current limits and everything else that you can conceive."C. On this motor parameters info, is this for just the Bafang motors setup?I am not a electronics nerd, so it is over my head, so to speak, can you provide more info?So far I have not found any info on this concept/idea etc.D. "A friend of mine, that got me into ebikes, purchase a 36 volt, 500 watt 20" fat tire, foldable one that cost him $799.00, and it performs well. I ended up getting a 26" one which I find,at my age, a little difficult in getting on and off." What brand name, for the above bike?E. Another area of concern is flat/busted tires, ric air pump, so it should also fit the Ebike tires, I hope.Don
Got saddlebags on mine and makes it very convenient I can really store a lot of stuff in them.

Cool bike, is gotta be some serious cash tho.
