That's been put together properly ? Seriously, the bolt remove the barrel is loc tighted so bad it just stripped out on me when I tried to bust it loose...I just built a spring compressor and needed to get the barrel off my bigcat to put the end peice on my compressor.. now I have to take my dremel and cut a slot for a big flat head screw driver so I can get the barrel off, finish the sc and start tearing into the bigcat for a full tune before I break into the titan for some upgrades
How exactly do I remove the cocking arm ?Last night I removed the rod connecting the cocking arm to the trigger assy, I noticed the cocking rod could reach the very top of the cocking slot but was unable to get it out and since I haven't done this before I didn't want to go forcing anything
Cool good deal got the cocking arm out and the barrel bent 90 sticking straight up in the air.. just got done cutting my blocks for end peice to pushing the rifle up to during compression to remove the spring....Guess this will be my thread for the rebuild of my bigcat.. so if I need to ask questions this is where I will ask them
Very cool that you are jumping into it like you are. Thanks for an interesting thread Mike.
