zippered the case open and this is what i saw..........
a form fitting piece of foam was around the gun inside the case (another nice touch)
sure is a good looking gun,
metalwork actually looks really good,
stock is amazing,
gun is nice and light,
cocking is really smooth.
pretty quiet but think theres some room for improvement.
trigger is pretty nice,
light first stage,
solid stop for second stage,
tiny bit of creep, barely any overtravel,
i should be able to tweak it better.
safety is in an odd spot on the trigger, but its not auto reset so ill set it and forget it lol
love the firing cycle, barely a millisecond of PING lol

The blue caps do not match the green stock though
.
I am a stickler when it comes to color combinations, my apologies.

there is no doubt brother
besides looking great, the checkering on the stock is very good,it literally feels sharp.
minelli is doing a fine job on them.

Very nice looking gun for sure and you're now an owner of a Chinese gun with an Italian stock. I do like the looks of Walnut myself. I have the Airmax Dominator which probably has close to the same barrel on it and all I can say is you won't believe how accurate it is once it's broke in.
Many of the parts on that gun are the same as my Airmax Dominator too, valve parts and more. I was doing a comparison a while back and was really surprised just how many of the parts were the same part numbers.

I got mine in Walnut on Thursday. Bebautiful gun, only gripe so far, no Manual, not that I would do a sissy thing like read a manual.
Very frustrating for me is that my shooting shoulder is way too sore to play with it much, covered in painful blisters, but I am healing and really looking forward to this spring and playing with this little gem.
The way it handles and the weight or more precisely the absence of weight is astonishing. Makes me want to buy a scale to compare it with my Prod.

Looks great so far!
Now for the pesky details like, how does it shoot? Grouping? Chrony testing? Shot count?
How much does it weigh?

If I had the funds this would be on my short list, but my wife already thinks I'm nuts having three pcp's. Odd that she's never said much about all the different types of fishing rods I have though.

going to drag out the chrony today here in a little bit and see what kind if numbers she will do.
expecting around 890ish with jsb 18's,
if the advertised 32fpe is correct.
after i put the scope on last night,
i had to almost max out the windage to the right to get it zeroed close.
elevation was perfect.
but im almost certain that is due to the way it was assembled.
(there is a grub screw in the top of each of the uprights that the rail mounts to,
that holds the barrel in place)
guessing that when it was assembled the front mount got slightly pushed to the right as it was tightened,
going to loosen everything up and recenter the barrel after a bit of chrony testing.
no biggie as i am a tinker-er lol
didnt really shoot for accuracy as i was just trying to get an idea how it shot,
but was able to hit my 1" steel target a few times in a row at 12 yds offhand,
acceptable for the moment
barrel looks good inside,
crown isnt the greatest but isnt bad either,
nothing a little bit of brass screw massaging wont fix
i wonder if the minelli police will come for me if i drill holes in the stock to mount a rail section for a bipod? hahahahaha

Sweet rig, thanks for the pictures and report! Any pictures that you could post of the trigger linkage and especially trigger sears would be appreciated. I'm curious if these have the "Diana Improved Trigger" like they reported at the shot show.
Thanks!
