Hope you 2 get well soon, Chris. Its 32F degrees out, but since it was dry out, figured it was a good a night as any to use the grill. So, dinner tonight is garlic cheese steak tips and spicy wings.
150th celebration of the Elks.We cooked 5 Pime Rids and all the fixings for 100 meals..Here is the leftovers!
That plate is killing me right now :-{ I never cooked "tips" what cut is it, end of sirloin? It looks fab!! I love complicated food, but sometimes just grilled meat and salt is all it takes for a cosmic experience. But the stuff must be perfection, and that plate screams Nirvana!

This past week while out back plinking, Mr. Thumper came into sight. The .22 Disco put a JSB right in the fuse box. Tonight, he is swimming in Thai coconut curry sauce. A put in a ton of veggies. Served over jasmine rice.

Got knocked down with the stomach flu on Thursday night in Columbia SC after driving 11 hours, and barely made it home from Florida on Friday after two weeks of beautiful weather and lots of fresh and salt water fishing. Managed to cobble together a pot of pressure cooker chicken-n-rice soup Saturday morning, and been sipping it for the past day and a half. The BRAT diet is helping, and feeling somewhat better today.
Apricot Wheat Beer?
