I still can't wait for the next improvement WilliamLess than 15 shots would on a single fill would be pretty rough. I have mine tuned for about 50-60 shots a fill. Im already thinking Im going to have to design a high pressure air compressor that fills the gun for me, getting tired of the hand pump.Im not sure about the scope fitment, mine is a bullpup so no issues for me . Im guessing a tall set of scope rings might be necessary to mount on the stock scope rail. I am working on a 20 round magazine that is smaller than this one, but it is still in development.

I didn't realize it was a .22 cal, I guess because mine was a .25 and on med power thats about 24 shots and on higher power its 16 shots tops. I get about 45 shots out of my .22 cal. Custom Discovery with the double tube kit and it is regulated.About that Hand Pump, lets just say after getting the .25 Marauder within the first 2 weeks I went down to the dive shop and purchased a New 100 CF 3500 PSI scuba tank and a couple small 4500 PSI carbon tanks, and about 3 weeks ago I purchased an Omega Compressor from Airguns of Arizona. Man I just couldn't handle all that pumping with 5 PCP guns to pump up and shooting all the time, thought I was going to die of a heart attack lolYou could put an electric wheel on your hand pump, seen them made on Youtube. It may be slow but it saves the back thats for sure. You can also hook up a standard Compressor with like 50 PSI to the air inlet on the pump and it will pump up twice as fast and easier.Bob, do you have a tractor? ... Here is a good idea ... These look crazy but the ideas work...We need you to work for Crosman, your ideas and improvements are way better than theirs thats for sure William
That is pretty impressive, you might want to try a brass bolt instead might be easier to machine, I really like what you are doing here, how is the accuracy going? Are you getting good long range groups? I have heard in the past people had problems with the Mrod .22 barrel, but then crosman improved it.
I have seen many guys here in my country install LW barrels in their Mrods and getting good accuracy out to 100 yards! With the correct velocity for let say a 18.1 JSB the LW barrels are more than capable.
Maybe you could try a blank and machine it yourself? The blanks are around 100$ and the machine work you will have to do might add another 50$ but the accuracy may be worth it.
