Wow, 15 of them. What did you do to them?
Nice shooting!
Great haul Haj! They are quick little devils
Gray fox and opossum, thank you happily and wait for a new meal with impatience.Great shotsCiao
Another great vid, Haj!
Great job smacking them voles Haji !!!
Those were some neat shots! I think my yard has voles in it too but I never seem to see them. Are their holes about quarter sized with no dirt piled around it? I like the driveway sensors you set up. Will they come out in the day long as there is food to bait them with?
Thanks for explaining your process in detail Haj! I'm going to try doing a setup like yours and get some of those driveway alerts. I have those holes near some bushes between me & the neighbors property & in spots near the bottom of my chain link fence. Also have them running tunnels along it. Hope I will be fortunate enough to get them to come out in the day like you did. How did you keep track of which hole the alarm went off on? Almost seems like you would be playing "whack-a mole" trying to watch them all.

From my shooting position I have all the receivers hanging vertically one over top of the other and they are arranged based on distance. The sensor that is closest to me is closest to the floor and then the furthest is 2nd up from the floor and so on. Now it is important to note that I use a baby monitor to listen to all of the ding dongers when not int he chair focused at the target sites, once I hear the baby monitor chime, i know there is activity and I take the chair and watch the receiver stack for which one is active. I hope this makes sense.

Great entertainment; thanks Haj! Amazingly accurate shooting you are doing! My cats catch these little suckers all the time, but I have yet to see one alive. At first I thought your idea of baiting a clear area would be great, but then I remembered that the blue jays eat these sunflower seeds immediately. I guess the only way I can make it work is to do it at night after the birds have roosted, or wait for them to fly south. Any other tips on attracting them?P.S. I thought those driveway alerts monitored changes in magnetic field, so they would pick up a metal car but not an animal.
Mine picks up mice up to about 5' away. HOSPs too. It's a standard HF one, and now 5 years old and still working.
