Hammers scope????

Putting together an outfit for target practice in my shop. I did use a Crossman 2250 with pistol grips and a few mods, but it recently developed a leak and I decided to purchase a 1322 to replace it. (Thought the ability to better control power by the number of pumps would come in handy on the indoor practice.)
I replaced the breech with the steel breech I had installed on the 2250 just a few days before it developed the leak. I was using a BSA red dot sight I had on hand, but would prefer a scope.
The Hammers 2x20 pistol scope is not too expensive, and I have had decent luck with Hammers optics in the distant past, but never had a pistol scope before.
Any experience (good OR bad) with Hammers optics?

Like you, I have no experience with the pistol scope. Their 3-9 scope does just fine for the money.

I purchased the Hammers 2x20 pistol scope to try out on a 1740 I had put together.
I have had a Hammers 3-9x32 rifle scope on an xs-25 for years with no problems. I had been using a BSA reflex dot on my pistols but wanted to try a low mag scope.
I tried it for a while and didn't like it as much as the open reflex. I found it harder to get and keep a good alignment with my eyes than it was with the 0 mag reflex so I switched back.
I still have it and still look at it occasionally with thoughts of mounting it back up and seeing if I can get used to it but I find the reflex is still lighter and easier to get and keep on target.
I don't think it's anything more than just my preference. All my pistol shooting is done off hand, if I was resting the pistol I think I would like it more.

Thanks for the comments!
I just ordered the scope a few minutes ago to see how it works out. I used scopes on pistols years ago so I shouldn't have too many problems with alignment.
I have a BSA 30mm red dot on the pistol now, and I don't like the dot I see on target. Not sure if it's a reflection inside the sight or what, but the dot looks like a figure 8 to me.
