Enjoy your D34, probably my favorite rifle. So much so that I'm going to part with my FWB 124 that I thought I'd never sell. But I've got 4 rifles and only want to keep two so------. The D34 in .22 is so accurate and such a pleasure to shoot that I'll never part with it. You made a great choice !
Congratulations! Enjoy your new D34, Carl. I was shooting mine yesterday... it has a Vortek spring kit installed and I sometimes think the pellet hitting the target makes more noise than the rifle firing the pellet. It is smooth and accurate. I have a Williams aperture sight on mine. They are great rifles that have been around a long time for good reason! Shoot it in good health.Tight groups,Bob
Bob, what kind of (model) aperture sight on your D34? Thank you.

My D34 has excessive droop, so I had to put the sight on a BKL riser. If I had to do it again, I would have bought a better Williams sight with micrometer windage and elevation adjustments and used a dovetail-to-Weaver adapter instead of a dovetail riser.Tight groups,Bob
well, i put about 100 pellets through it so far and i have to say, i do enjoy this rifle. here are my top 5 reasons i like shooting this gem...#5 it's accurate enough off shooting sticks that if a squirrel was to climb on my target while plinking, i would feel comfortable with taking a head shot at 20yds.#2 it's doing great at plinking from 20yds with the inexpensive cphp i can purchase at walmart.#3 i'm not a good springer shooter, so experimenting with holds and such will make it interesting so i won't get bored with it.#4 it's not costing me air. and the number 1 reason i like it... the sound it makes when cocking is waaaay cool.
