Mike at TJ's in Alexandria, KY.... no website, you can call him at (859) 635-5560.... He has both the .300 cal, 26" twist airgun barrel I designed, and a selection of .308 cal. PB barrels in various twists.... in a couple of different ODs.... Prices are by the inch, $4.75 last time I checked.... They are blanks only, in the white, you need to do all machine work and blue them.... If you need a finished barrel, you can get them through Jim Gaska at Marmot Militia or W.A.R....

Yes, that's correct, TJ's is the manufacturer.... I don't think TotW carries airgun liners....

Hi All
I know this is an old post, but what od’s are used for the 257 and 308 air gun barrels? I think Doug uses theses with carbon fiber expoxy sleaves. Right? That makes a very stiff barrel. The 257comes in 7/16 and 1/2” od. The .308 only comes in 1/2” od. $6.05/inch. for both sizes.
Sorry about bri ging up old threads.

You can get .257 and .308 liners in 9/16" OD, so I would think the .250 and .300 should be available in that as well.... I had Mike make me a .257 and a 6 mm with a 14 mm OD (just under 9/16") by hammering it down smaller, so he can do that, within reason.... Just give him a call.... If you are going to use a CF sleeve, then the 1/2" OD is the best for American made CF tubing, or the 14 mm OD for Metric tubing.... You should bore the receiver out 2-3 diameters deep to the OD of the CF sleeve you are going to use for the best rigidity....

Hi Bob
Oh, ok I under stand now how they got the bigger plus barrels for the 308 and 257.
Thank streighting me out. Which did you like better the 257 or 6mm. I was thinking 6.5 would be better for bc numbers and extrem range, wouldn’t it?

No matter what caliber you use.... the important thing is bullet availability in suitable weights and barrel twist rates that will work with them....
