Good post Luke and thanks for the links. The only problem would be the 16 mm lens for us American builders cause it doesnt ship to the U.S. but im sure it would be easy to find another one on ebay that does
All updated now with the F1.6 16mm lens.Oh, I should also mention that to focus the lens, you need to loosen the screw on the camera and either screw the lens on or off until it's in focus. I have my gun zero'd at 50m. With the cam on the scope, I set the AO to whatever picture gives me the sharpest image and i'm off. It's not rocket science - you guys will be fine. One last thing, you can hard wire it if you want, but I find the PnP versatility works for me if I want to update bits and pieces. plus plugging in is easier than soldering.
Great write-up Luke. Easily to upgrade it too.
nice setup, do you remove the clear lens protector from the camera? and what size was the hose 2 inch? also where did you find the clamp device that has the knob on it?

I used 50mm PVC pipe, I'd suggest measuring your eye piece and ordering some intercooler hose from ebay. Just search for silicon intercooler hose, and get whatever fits and has the correct length for you.The clamp, I've edited this because I've just realized what you were talking about. The clamp for the torch was from ebay. they are cheap, like $5AUD, so maybe $3US?
