I found Grandpa's old 882, but the trigger is locked up and won't fire. Where would you start to look for info on how to work on it?
Wow - lot's of metal on this gun, and a wood stock too! I wish they still made pumpers like this!

The 882 is a .22 cal version of the 880. The all wood and all metal version is desirable by most collectors and shooters. If you go to the Daisy sight and look for the schematics for the 882, you may have to email daisy for the information. They will email the info back to you with a list of parts suppliers.
There are some good instructions on tear down and assy of the 880 on the web. Google repair daisy 880. Here is a link to the instruction manual.

This may not be the same as the 882 but the tear down is very similar but the valve is different. I use this site because the pictures are very detailed.
