Daisy 300

Just picked up a Daisy 300 in box with papers and great condition. It shoots well and is a heck of a lot of fun! Reminds me of shooting my 600, just not as many shots before reloading. It seems to have a small leak inside somewhere, but holds air for an hour or two.

After reading about these it seems like they were prone to this kind of leak. Some have mentioned that there is no fix on other sites? Also seems that daisy may offer credit towards the purchase of a current gun?

Does anyone have any personal experiences with these and have idea of possible value? Would hate to give this gun up as it is great fun.
