Need some help with hatsan hercules

i have one in my possession that i'm trying to dial in for a friend. Currently shooting way too hot. like just under 1000 fps with fx 50 gr pellets. the accuracy is all over the place. Does anyone know if there is a way to turn down this monster to get the pellet speed more into the 890 fps range? I have searched the net and not found much info on this beast. now if it was the bully version its an easy hammer spring adjustment. this one i'm lost on.

There is a way, I just can't remember at the moment. Someone else will chime in soon with an answer. I only had mine for a couple of days, and had to send it back for a refund. Was way too hard to cock, and sometimes jammed up on cocking. Didn't want to tear into it, being a new, not cheap rifle, so I returned it.

I cannot believe there was someone having an issue like mine. But you never fixed it?

Did it feed and rotate the mag, then all of the sudden stop work?
