To be honest.. many of these guns will be on the chopping block in due time. Need to downsize in preparation for retirement and moving on. Probably won't be spending much time modding them.

The Daisy 922 and 977 use bolts with flow-thru probes.

My 1977 Daisy 922 has the metal pump arm, shoots very well I fitted a BSA scope to it and it's a great ratting tool. Rob in the uk.

Cool that there is a print file for them, I got a hand full of OE clips and 4 full tubes of time period correct wadcutter pellets, just like I used to shoot in my old ones

, with the 922 I got of ebay recently, hmm maybe a new NOE pellet mold LOL, they didnt shoot that bad for the range of that gun and put a smack down on pest.

I have received samples from Geo as well as one 3D printer...waiting for another.
The one from Geo was an inflexible plastic, and lacked lands to hold the pellets in.....
After having the file changed to add lands, I had 2 printers doing samples.
The first material is more flexible than the one Geo did, but looked kinda porous..........
I am also not happy with the indexing notches, but that should be an easy fox.

I am not real pleased with the aesthetics of the 3D printed parts........ Look like stratified rock...
Gotta work on that as well.

However, as they are being printed and offered for sale elsewhere, kinda takes the wind out of my sails...
But, we'll see.......

if I stepped on any ones toes with this, it was not meant that way. I just knew they were kind of hard to find.
I live with the imperfections of the 3D printed mags, because once fitted they seem to work well, still not as nice as the stock mags.

On a side note My 3D guy is sending me some new 922 mags to test. he will be working on a 10 round mag soon.
I was telling him that if the 10 round mag had a slight curve it would reduce the overall length.
Try to imagine the mag in a semi-circle, I don't know if it will work, but I figure why not try.
I have also asked him about making magazine holders for the 922, 817, and maybe one for the IZH -61 that way you can have five mags loaded and ready for use.

So I'm going to re-seal my first Daisy pumper.
I think what I have is an early 922 with a screw in exhaust valve, and a clamp on barrel.
I also see it has a felt oil wiper and not the foam type seen in newre models.
Please let me know if I got this right, if not please correct me, so I will know what I have.
The rifle appears to have very little use, but is in need of seals due to age.
If I read my lot # correct it is a May of 1978 gun.

I think just the full brass barrel wowed me.
I have never seen a brass barrel on anything but the Benji / Sheri guns.
I'm sure you guys have seen them, but it was new to me. Rifiled brass
