TalonTunes still in business?

Just curious if anyone knows if TT is still doing business. I tried sending an email to the address on his site... waited a week and heard nothing so I tried contacting Tony via the websites contact form. A bit over 3 weeks now and not a word. The first message I was asking a couple of questions about his $1800 Condor SS .30 "premade" custom job. The second I was asking about starting from scratch on a custom build.
One would think that someone inquiring about a fairly large ticket item with some serious profit margins might get a guys attention.
I ended up buying from someone that already had every mod TT's offers but there are a couple of parts I would like to get ahold of and a couple of items I would like to buy from the website. I'm pretty leery though. Sure enough... I can click an order through and have my credit card billed, but is anyone "home" to make delivery on the purchase... KWIM?

Thanks folks. I appreciate the assurances. I'll try a website order on the item I was interested in but guess I'll have to find someone else for any custom work. I hate talking on the phone, playing phone tag, texting even less, and prefer doing business in writing vs. verbal agreements.
Might be wise for him to remove his contact form and email from the "contact us" page if he only responds to/conducts business over the phone.
Nice gear though!

04/11 Update
Finally got what I needed, but glad I happened to run across someone willing to part with one of his highly modded rifles. Extremely nice rig, but I wouldn't have it if I had to go "direct" from TT.
He didn't respond to texts, but I "was" able to get him on the phone to order a couple of missing parts for the rifle I purchased. Kind of odd though. The conversation started out something like:
"Yeah."
"I'm trying to reach Tony with Talon Tunes to order a couple of parts."
"Yeah."
"Is this Tony?"
"Yeah. You're calling from a blocked number." (He seemed a bit put off by that. (?))
Direct and to the point. Order placed, billing info given (don't you love giving your CC info over the phone to a stranger?
), then, "Ok." <click>
A week and a half goes by... no email's, order verifications, etc.... no charges to my credit card. Okay... sent a text to ask about an approximate ship date... nothing.
A few days later I get a notice from USPS informed delivery there is a package in transit from TalonTunes. Charges on the CC now.. all's good! Items arrived and I'm a happy camper.
For an under $20 purchase I can't get anywhere else... I can live with that. If I had been making an over $1800 purchase (as was my original intention) that type of business practice wouldn't "fly" with me for a second. A guys busy... I get that, but a customer is a customer and deserves some level of courtesy.
A verbal order over the phone with no written confirmation or record of what you're paying for or can expect to receive... just giving some guy your CC info and hoping for the best... too risky for my blood and I'm not "that" desperate.
To each their own. He does excellent work but I've never had to work so hard or for so long just to try and throw money at a guy that, ultimately, seemed to care less, and ultimately, lost a highly lucrative order.
All's well that ends well, but those looking to do business there, be aware of what you're getting yourself into.

Your lucky he answered. I don't answer blocked calls at all...Ever. If someone doesn't have the courtesy to have their name show up. Than I don't have the desire to answer the phone.
But, I feel you on the paying someone you don't know. They live half a country away. You just have to sit and play the waiting game. Something I'm currently doing with another custom builder.

At my private/home number... I agree. If it's a number I use to conduct business then I respect the fact that not everyone calling a commercial enterprise to make an initial inquiry may want to give out their full name and contact for potential data collection. I guess I look at it as... if you won't even speak to me about your products and services unless you have my full name and phone number... you don't really need/want my money. ;-)
I'm probably "old" though. Back in the day... what was considered courteous was to answer your phone when people call without even having the advantage of knowing who it is in advance... or the opportunity to summarily ignore them with the swipe of a button. You actually had to answer and be quick on your feet to blow them off "to their face".
