What is the Max dimensions allowed on member's avatar field?

What is the maximum dimensions and file size the Forum's software will display in Member's Avatar field without chopping off portions of the artwork or Picture?

I can't find any info on this, and after checking several Avatars here to get an idea, it is difficult to pin down exact dimensions and file's size.

Maximum width of external avatar            65
 (0 for no limit)   
Maximum height of external avatar           65
 (0 for no limit) 

If the avatar is too large... Let the HTML resize it Resize it with JavaScript
