I'd definitely recommend it. The crockpot was full to the top so lots of leftovers.Edit: I followed the recipe exactly (except for the sausage type), and used Frank's for the hot sauce.
The wicked lobstah was in Findlay so went there and got some food always good. The owner has helped us with advice on our food truck so we took them some dinner. I got the New Orleans roll and the Blue and Boujee roll.
Tonight I deep fried chicken, hush puppies, mushrooms, and zucchini. I’m working on a coronary occlusion but man it was good!

The Creole red beans and andouille just finished cooking in the slow cooker. Scooped a good helping over a half a bowl of rice. Added scallion, cilantro, and avocado. Delicious! The andouille I'd found at the local grocery store cost a little more than the others, but it came from within NH. Really good sausages! Used Tony Chachere for the seasoning.Really good, really simple! Thanks for the recipe, Jerry!

I ask because ours came out with a nice red sauce after simmering for 7-8 hours. Kind of a chili texture. Cilantro and avocado was a great idea. I bet it tasted fantastic.
Chicken fajita taco with cheese and grilled jalapenos peppers n onions topped with picante sauce along with potato salad that had Chachare's spice n herb seasoning added. Good stuff!
Momma got the bug to make some Czech food for dinner plus some 'fun with Brussel sprouts'. Pierogi, Halupki, Brussel sprouts:
I had two large spicy Chicken Fajitas too. Habanero Chili's and grilled onions though.
