When I add air it leaks out in about 20 seconds. I had it resealed a while ago and the guy put O rings instead of leather seals.
My question is what seal is leaking or how to fix it?

Leaking through the barrel. out the end cap, where?
I have a 114 and it never had leather seals. It uses o-rings. Download the drawings and it is pretty plain to repair. Kits are available. Mike Baker will have most anything you need for the Crosman 114.

If the leak is past the gasket where the fill cap screws onto the tube, sometimes merely tightening can fix it. My replacement gasket is quite hard, has to be pretty tight. You can use a pair of channel-locks with a sturdy piece of leather to turn it.

It is easy to make a wrench with a pin that goes in the bleed relief hole to tighten and loosen the fill cap. Google it.
