Just thought of something.... does the bolt handle clear the scope?

Are your rings made by B- Square ? I have found them to be some of the lowest I have found for 3/8" 22/airgun rings.wll

Yes both my 397S and 392S have the leaning front sight.DO NOT try to straighten - it will break.Or I should say my 397S used to have a leaning front sight - none now.
The Baker mount is solid and mounts very good on receiver with two grub screws. One thing - there are only two ( one front and one back ) Picatinny cross channels if you use them.
