Unless you have a silica filter the size of a 5 gallon bucket, it won't do any good. The air needs to stay in a desiccant filter long enough for the moisture to absorb. Chris has his filter after the first compressor, and before the Shoebox, so it doesn't apply to the Tuxing. Your Tuxing is rated for 50 liters per minute, so if you had a 1 liter filter (filled with desiccant) in the input, the air would stay in it way less than one second!
I have an oil less 5 gallon compressor and a Shoebox. I took a standard shop moisture trap and put beads in it. It works. After maybe 2 hours,... they need changed (change color). So for whatever that is worth. It may not be the best,..but at least it is something. No issues with any air guns over several years.

I use one of the harbor freight holders, I use to dry the beads out each time but heck a quart of the beads will last a long time so I throw the old ones out because they're not really that expensive.

Tuxing actually makes a model that uses Molecular Sieve as a pre-filter. I don't know if it works better than the slice beads or not, but I wonder if they offer this part as an add-on?
